Prior to our initial meeting, we will ask you to fill out a Peace of Mind Strategy Session Questionnaire. The questionnaire will collect important information from you, such as your name, address, date of birth, parental and marital status, and a rough estimate of what you own. It will not ask for account numbers, your Social Security number, tax returns, or exact dollar amounts. Having this information in advance will allow us to make the best use of our time together and to fully educate you on your options.

The Peace of Mind Strategy Session will be approximately 60 minutes in duration. During this session, we will:

• Answer your questions.
• Listen to your goals, concerns and objectives.
• Map out your options, including a Will versus a Trust, so that you can make an educated, informed decision about what is best for your family.
• Review our process and unique flat fee pricing so that you will understand exactly how much your investment will be and how long it will take.
• Then, if we decide we are a good fit to work together, we will discuss next steps. If we decide to move forward, we will email you an engagement letter and invoice. We will also schedule an Estate Plan Design Meeting.

Either way, once you leave the Peace of Mind Strategy Session, you will have more clarity about what you need to protect your family, your future, and your assets.
